North Korea: High-ranking delegations expected for party anniversary
China’s Prime Minister Li Qiang is leading a delegation to Pyongyang this week to attend the 80th anniversary of the state party. In addition to China, Russia, Vietnam and Laos are also sending high-ranking representatives, which points to new rapprochement in the region.
