COP30: Warum die Welt nicht noch einen Klimafonds braucht

Dutzende Fonds weltweit sollen Klimaschutz in Entwicklungsländern finanzieren. Theoretisch erfüllen sie einen guten Zweck. Aber sie sind unübersichtlich, bürokratisch, und ihre Verwaltung kostet Geld. Deshalb sollte sich die COP30 darauf konzentrieren, die bestehende Klimafinanzierung zu vereinfachen, statt einen weiteren Fonds einzurichten. Brasiliens Einfluss wird dafür gebraucht.
