Nach der Zustimmung des Parlaments hat Norwegen seinen Klimaplan für 2035 an die UN übermittelt. Bis 2035 sollen die Emissionen um 70 bis 75 Prozent sinken, auch unter Verwendung von Artikel 6. Weiterhin setzt sich der Öl- und Gasförderer aber kein Klimaneutralitätsziel.
