Eine Videoschalte zwischen zwei Sitzungsräumen könnte dafür sorgen, dass das Mini-Plenum auch während der Renovierungsarbeiten in Brüssel stattfinden kann. Diese Lösung schlägt das Präsidium des Europaparlaments den Fraktionschefs vor. Damit wäre ein kostspieliger Umzug des Parlaments für das Mini-Plenum nach Straßburg nicht mehr nötig.
