Renovation of the Brussels plenary chamber: no need to move the mini-plenary session to Strasbourg

A video link between two meeting rooms could ensure that the mini-plenary can also take place during the renovation work in Brussels. This is the solution proposed by the European Parliament's office to the heads of the political groups. This would mean that a costly move of the Parliament to Strasbourg for the mini-plenary would no longer be necessary.
