Bio-Lebensmittel sind Inflationsdämpfer

Das Institut der Deutschen Wirtschaft hat einen Bericht veröffentlicht, aus dem hervorgeht, dass Bio-Lebensmittel weniger inflationsanfällig sind als konventionelle Lebensmittel. Grund dafür sind regionalere Wertschöpfungsketten und Kreislaufsysteme, welche unabhängiger von Krisen sind.
