IPCC: Wieder keine Entscheidung über Zeitplan für AR7

Bei der 63. Sitzung beschließt das IPCC den Arbeitsplan für 2026 und die Grundzüge für den CDR-Sonderbericht. Aber es gibt keinen Kompromiss, bis wann 2028 die Berichte der Arbeitsgruppen vorliegen sollen. Beim GST 2028 könnten damit Daten fehlen.
