Environment Council: EU to hand over responsibility for 1.5-degree target

Following last week's Environment Council in Aalborg, Denmark, EU Climate Commissioner Hoekstra and Denmark's Environment Minister Aargaard spoke clearly and called on the rest of the world to do more to protect the climate.
