MFF: Funds for agriculture and cohesion should flow into one pot

The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is to become part of a broader fund that can also be used for other purposes. According to a draft, only income support for farmers is to be protected. The EU Commission is thus getting serious about reforming the EU budget.
