Crisis instrument: Schwab wants fewer obligations for companies

The rapporteur for the Single Market Emergency Instrument (SMEI), Andreas Schwab (CDU), wants to give the authorities fewer intervention powers in the event of a crisis than envisaged by the EU Commission.
