Von der Leyen: EU can no longer be a guardian of the old world order
Europe must use its power more assertively – this was the message from the President of the European Commission at the EU Ambassadors’ Conference. Under Europe’s new security strategy, security considerations must be taken into account systematically in all resources and instruments.
