Trade deal: EU Commission officially proposes tariff reduction for USA

The EU Commission has published its legislative proposals to reduce all industrial tariffs and some agricultural tariffs. In return, the USA should now reduce car tariffs for the EU. The ball is now in the court of the Council and Parliament.
