Im Krisenfall will die EU-Kommission Mitgliedstaaten anweisen, welche sensiblen Produkte bevorratet und nach welchen Kriterien sie der Industrie zugeteilt werden sollen. Plans for a new crisis instrument are taking shape, according to information available to Europe.Table. As stated in an internal document, the EU Commission wants to instruct member states which sensitive products should be stockpiled and according to which criteria they should be allocated to the industry in the event of a crisis.
