Selten hat in Brüssel ein Gesetzesvorschlag so scharfe Konflikte hervorgerufen wie der zur Wiederherstellung der Natur. Kurz vor der Abstimmung im Plenum stehen die Zeichen weiter auf Konfrontation. Doch die Renew-Fraktion glaubt, einen Weg gefunden zu haben, mit dem sich das Gesetz retten lässt.
