Tomorrow, the EU energy ministers will meet informally in Prague. The agenda will focus on the establishment of a platform for the joint purchase of gas, the decoupling of electricity and gas prices and the capping of gas prices. Germany offers to make concessions.

Unter den Versorgungsengpässen und explodierenden Energiekosten leidet auch die Kreislaufwirtschaft – allerdings eher auf indirektem Weg. Vor allem im Altpapierzyklus tut sich derzeit eine Lücke auf, weil die Papierproduktion wackelt. Währenddessen droht für die Entsorgung von Restabfällen ein weiteres Problem.
