Green Claims Directive: Committees simplify Commission draft

Today, Wednesday, the Environment and Consumer Protection Committees in the EU Parliament will vote on the report on the Green Claims Directive. They have simplified the Commission's draft in their deliberations significantly – and are thus accommodating the industry.

MSCI removes 66 companies from its China index

In response to the slump on the Chinese stock markets, financial services provider MSCI has removed dozens of companies from the People's Republic from its indices. Sixty-six companies have been removed from the MSCI China Index alone.
