US tariffs: Reintroduction of flat-rate tariffs postponed until August

The deadline originally set for July 9 for the reintroduction of US flat-rate tariffs appears to have been postponed by the USA to Aug. 1. With or without a deal, a tariff of less than ten percent remains unlikely.
