Ursula von der Leyen's flight allegedly targeted by Russian jammer

The Bulgarian authorities suspect that Russia was behind the jamming: the plane with the Commission President on board had to land in Plovdiv without a GPS signal. The stopover was part of a tour along the eastern flank and in northern Europe.
