Der Abbau von seltenen Erden und anderen Rohstoffen ist besonders umweltschädlich. Die European Initiative for Energy Security will nun trotzdem grüne Anleihen für Bergbauunternehmen – obwohl der Sektor von der EU-Taxonomie ausgeschlossen ist.
