ESF+: Employers want funding tied to reforms

The Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA) wants funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) to be conditional on countries implementing recommendations from the European Semester. Projects focusing on employment and competitiveness should receive priority funding.
