'The EU regulation against state subsidies has flaws'

In December, the European Union passed a Foreign Subsidies Regulation. It is designed to prevent exorbitantly subsidized foreign companies – especially from China – from gaining a competitive advantage in the European single market. Swiss competition and antitrust lawyer Adrian Emch fears that the regulation could harm EU companies more than Chinese ones. Frank Sieren spoke with Emch.
