Xi and Putin's joint paper documents China's dominance

A closer look at the final declaration of the Xi-Putin summit shows not only the closing of ranks against the West. Xi also expresses his dissatisfaction with the war policy. The conclusions drawn from this, however, are not likely to please the West at all.
