Bildungsministerin Bettina Stark-Watzinger hat Sorge vor einem Abfluss deutscher Forschung an das chinesische Militär. Jetzt fordert sie deutsche Universitäten dazu auf, alle existierenden Wissenschaftskooperationen auf den Prüfstand zu stellen. Dort sagt man, es fehle schlicht das Geld, um die Zusammenarbeit sicherer zu machen.

German Education Minister Bettina Stark-Watzinger is concerned about an outflow of German research to the Chinese military. She is now urging German universities to scrutinize all current scientific cooperation. However, they say that there is simply not enough money to make cooperation more secure.
