Security Guarantees: How the Washington-Outcome is viewed in Poland and Estonia

In Poland, politicians attribute little effect to the meetings in Alaska and Washington. In Estonia, people are relieved that the peace process has become more reasonable again. Both countries are in favor of security guarantees – albeit in different ways.
