Schleicher: AI can benefit education only under strict regulations

On the occasion of BETT, one of the largest EdTech fairs, senior education policymakers met in London this week to discuss what is needed for a successful digital transformation. OECD Education Director Andreas Schleicher took part in the discussions on site. In his column, he outlines the lessons he draws from this for the use of generative AI in education.
