Die Grenzen zwischen der chinesischen Zentralplanung und dem demokratischen Kapitalismus des Westen verlaufen nicht mehr klar. Ein neuer globaler Gesellschaftsvertrag muss ein gemeinsames Narrativ fördern, im Rahmen dessen jedes Land seine Rolle innerhalb des globalen Kollektivs festlegt.
