Im nächsten Jahr übernimmt Belgien den Vorsitz im Rat der EU. Die Ratspräsidentschaft fällt nicht nur in die Zeit der Europawahl – sondern auch in die Wahlen im eigenen Land. Dass die nationale belgische Politik alles andere als harmonisch ist, zeigt sich bereits jetzt bei den Klimadossiers der EU.
