Sie konnten deshalb ihre Produkte bisher nur über Hongkong verkaufen.

Ein Umdenken ist dringend notwendig, denn bisher spielten Nachhaltigkeitsüberlegungen bei den Investitionsentscheidungen kaum eine Rolle. Gerüchten zufolge will der größte Fonds nun sogar 19 Milliarden US-Dollar in den Ölriesen Saudi Aramco investieren. Derzeit gestaltet es sich für Staatsfonds weltweit noch schwierig, auf grüne Anlagen umzusteigen: Deren Profitabilität ist unsicher und das Umsteuern ist mit Kosten verbunden.
