EU-Datenpolitik: Die Großbaustelle kommt erst noch

Mit dem Data Governance Act, der in dieser Woche ausverhandelt wurde, hat die EU sich auf neues Territorium begeben: regulatorisch Märkte zu gestalten, die so in Teilen noch gar nicht existieren. Doch während der Data Governance Act noch mit vergleichsweise wenig Streit über die Bühne ging, dürfte das beim nächsten Vorhaben, dem Data Act, deutlich anders werden.
