Damit setzt sie vor ihrer gemeinsamen Reise mit Frankreichs Staatschef Macron nach China einen deutlichen Ton. Dass das in Peking nicht gut ankommen wird, ist klar. Aber auch die positive Resonanz in Brüssel ist fraglich.
