Late Payment Regulation: 'Not compatible with German law'

The EU wants to combat late payments in business transactions. On Wednesday, Parliament's Internal Market Committee adopted its position on the Late Payment Regulation. The main criticism is that the courts will no longer have sole jurisdiction in the future.
