The challenge is not only to balance regulation with innovation and market access in a way that also empowers SMEs. It also lies in not believing that Europe can simply sit out this phase of AI development and wait for the next generation.

Die Herausforderung besteht nicht nur darin, Regulierung mit Innovation und Marktzugang so auszubalancieren, dass auch KMU befähigt werden. Sie liegt auch darin, nicht zu glauben, dass Europa diese Phase der KI-Entwicklung einfach aussitzen und auf eine nächste Generation warten kann.
