EmpCo Directive: Why legal certainty is needed for the implementation of advertising organic products

Organic associations in Germany are currently seeing their advertising jeopardized by an EU greenwashing directive of all things. To ensure that they can continue to describe their products as ecological or organic with legal certainty, the Federal Ministry of Justice, which is currently transposing the directive into German law, urgently needs to resolve a legal contradiction.
