Suspected corruption: Portugal's head of government Costa resigns

In recent years, social democratic delegations from all over Europe have made the pilgrimage to Lisbon to copy the PS's recipe for success. Most recently, Portugal's head of government, António Costa, was even considered a future presidential candidate for the European Council. Costa has now surprisingly resigned due to allegations of corruption.

Korruptionsverdacht: Portugals Regierungschef Costa tritt zurück

Sozialdemokratische Delegationen aus ganz Europa pilgerten in den vergangenen Jahren nach Lissabon, um das Rezept für den Erfolg der PS zu kopieren.
