Die Fachkräfteallianz braucht die Zivilgesellschaft

Deutschland braucht Fachkräfte – dringlich und auf lange Sicht. Es ist daher sinnvoll, dass das BMZ mit dem Launch der Fachkräfteallianz „WE-Fair“ Mitte März dieses Thema nun mit Nachdruck angeht, meint Markus Demele, Generalsekretär von Kolping International. Das BMZ dürfe das Thema aber nicht zu eng fassen.

The Skilled Workers Alliance needs civil society

Germany urgently needs skilled workers – both now and in the long term. It is therefore right that the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is addressing the issue directly with the launch of its Skilled Workers Alliance “WE-Fair” in mid-March. However, the ministry must avoid taking too narrow a view.
