Der Text des CAI-Abkommens liegt seit Freitag vor, China.Table hat ihn analysiert. Neu ist: Das Abkommen wird die 26 bereits bestehenden bilateralen Investitionsschutzabkommen nicht ablösen, China will beim Staatseinfluss bei Unternehmen transparenter werden, Technologietransfer wird untersagt und es werden Grundsteine für ein multilaterales Investitionsgericht gelegt. Die wichtigen Anhänge sollen im Februar veröffentlicht werden.
