Roderick Kefferpütz returned to Brussels in 2023, where he had previously gained ten years of experience in European politics, including as office manager for Reinhard Bütikofer. From 2017 to 2021, he worked at the Stuttgart State Ministry and advised Green Minister-President Winfried Kretschmann on EU issues and industrial policy. He then joined the Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS), where he analyzed Beijing’s influence in Europe, among other things. During his studies, Kefferpütz focused on Russia and the history of Eastern Europe.
