Roderich Kiesewetter

Roderich Kiesewetter is an expert on China's strategic and security policy dimensions, be it disinformation, espionage or hybrid forms of influence. His calls for stronger regulation of Chinese activities, such as TikTok or data security, carry weight. As a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, he has a decisive influence on the assessment of the global situation and Germany's China policy. Kiesewetter has been a member of the Bundestag for the CDU since 2009 and is the parliamentary group's spokesperson on the Foreign Affairs Committee.
