Elisabeth Hauschild has been at home in the security policy community for more than 20 years and is co-founder of the women’s network Women in International Security Deutschland (WIIS.de). As Head of External Relations and Politics at Diehl, she is responsible for political contacts and campaigns for faster and less bureaucratic approval procedures. The defense division has brought Diehl strong growth since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. This is likely to continue in the coming years.
