Transition: The five largest car manufacturers hesitate to fulfill their climate pledges

A new report criticizes the climate targets of the five largest car manufacturers. They are accused of lacking concrete commitments in terms of emissions reduction and procurement. In addition, not nearly enough new electric cars are being registered.
