EU Agriculture Council: BMLEH critical of proposal to reclassify soy biofuel

At the EU agriculture ministers’ meeting, Austria plans to criticize the European Commission’s plans to phase out incentives for soy-based biofuels. The German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture is also skeptical. Environmentalists, however, disagree.
