Climate constitutional complaints: What the NGOs are demanding and how the German government is responding

The German government intends to submit its response on time to the four climate-related constitutional complaints filed by NGOs, as requested by the Federal Constitutional Court. The organizations bringing the cases are hoping for concrete tightening of the Climate Protection Act and for measures in the transport sector.
