National Security Council: How the new body aims to strengthen cyber security and overcome silo thinking

By establishing a National Security Council, the CDU-SPD coalition aims to adapt Germany’s security architecture to evolving international threats. The body – rejected by the previous coalition – will enhance the focus on risks emerging from the digital and cyber spheres.
