New IAA draft: Commission opens up Buy European concept

In a new draft of the Industrial Accelerator Act, the Commission specifies the conditions for recognizing trade goods from third countries as “Made in Europe.” There are changes relating to low-carbon steel in threshold values for vehicles fleets.
