Omnibus I and II: Fewer reporting obligations, guarantees for more investments

The Commission has proposed two omnibus laws: Firstly, there are to be simplifications to the Supply Chain Act, sustainability reporting and the carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM). Secondly, guarantees are to boost investment by EUR 50 billion and bureaucracy is to be reduced in the Invest EU Fund.
