EU-USA deal: USD 750 billion for gas & oil hardly achievable

The EU-US trade deal includes a promise by the European Commission to purchase USD 250 billion worth of energy per year from the US through the end of Trump’s term. According to experts, this is hardly realistic and harms climate action efforts.
