Engin Eroglu: 'Ms. von der Leyen has made a communication error'

The chairman of the European Parliament's China delegation has low expectations for the upcoming EU-China summit. This is due to a “super-fail” by the President of the EU Commission, he says. Eroglu also believes that the dependence on Chinese rare earths is homemade.
