Commission's CAP loosening measures could be adopted in a fast-track procedure

Within just a few weeks, the European Commission has drawn up proposals for changes to the Common Agricultural Policy. The aim is to relax environmental rules to ease the burden on farmers. Parliament and the Council are also aiming for a tight timetable.
