Carbon leakage: Why the 'dilemma' remains unsolved

Experts from the Centre for European Policy believe that the issue of carbon leakage, resulting from current EU climate policies, has not yet been resolved. They advocate for placing this issue at the top of the agenda for the next legislative term.
