Standstill on fertilizer law: FDP makes demand, SPD sees urgent need for implementation

With the announced amendment to the fertilizer law, the German government averted horrendous fines for Brussels last year. However, instead of swiftly implementing the amendments to the fertilizer law – as promised to the EU Commission – differences within the traffic light party are delaying the legislative process.
